3, 2, 1…Action!
CreaTV has been making big plans! As some of you have heard in the news, CreaTV is planning a new home and a new vision for 2022. Starting this summer, we will be renovating a brand new facility at 38 S. 2nd Street, right in the heart of downtown. We were originally slated to operate virtually most of 2021, but thanks to our amazing landlords, we will be able to stay in our current location until the end of the year.

CreaTV San José to Receive $25,000 Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts
We’re so excited to announce that CreaTV San José has been approved for a $25,000 Grants for Arts Projects award to support our DocuMentorMe program. This program will train and mentor 10 low-income, traditionally unrepresented community members in the art and science of documentary filmmaking.

Honoring Charles Davidson
CreaTV was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Charles Davidson last month. He left his impression all over San José, and we will always be grateful to have had such an amazing landlord and home in the Davidson Building.
